What cookies we use
We separate cookies into two categories: Necessary and Analytics/Marketing. Necessary cookies keep the site working (e.g. remembering your cookie choice itself) and are not optional. Analytics/Marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and any future marketing pixels) are optional and only load after you accept them.
Nothing loads before you choose
On your first visit, no analytics or marketing script runs. A banner asks you to Accept, Reject, or open Manage Cookies to choose per category. Your choice is stored in a cookie on this domain and read on every page load to decide whether analytics scripts are injected.
Changing your mind
You can change your consent at any time using the “Manage Cookies” link in the site footer. Turning analytics off stops new analytics scripts from loading on your next page view.
What crawlers and bots see
Cookie consent applies to visitor-side analytics and marketing scripts only. It never affects what search engines, AI crawlers, or other automated readers receive — the page content, structured data (JSON-LD), robots.txt and sitemap.xml are identical whether or not a consent cookie is present.
Third parties
Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) — analytics, loaded post-consent. MailerLite — our newsletter provider; we send it the email address you submit when you subscribe, regardless of analytics consent, because that is a direct action you took (not a tracking cookie).
