Working across the time difference

Thailand, Vietnam and Jakarta are on UTC+7 all year; Singapore, Malaysia, Bali and China are on UTC+8. Central Europe is on UTC+1 in winter and UTC+2 in summer, and the UK on UTC+0 in winter and UTC+1 in summer, so our destinations are between 5 and 8 hours ahead of Europe depending on the country and the season. A request sent in the European working day reaches our team in the Asian evening, and we reply with a tailored proposal within 24 hours.
