Working across the time difference

Bangkok and Jakarta are on UTC+7 all year, and Bali, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur are on UTC+8. The Netherlands is on UTC+1 in winter and UTC+2 in summer, so Jakarta is 6 hours ahead in winter and 5 hours ahead in summer, and Bali is 7 hours ahead in winter and 6 hours in summer. A request sent in the Dutch working day reaches our team in the Asian evening, and we reply with a tailored proposal within 24 hours.
