Cambodia DMC for Tour Operators: Angkor, Phnom Penh and the Coast
October 14, 2026

Cambodia is usually sold for one reason, Angkor, and remembered for several more. As a Cambodia DMC working only with the travel trade, DMC Connect runs ground operations in Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Battambang, Kampot and Koh Rong, and builds Cambodia either as a standalone programme or as one country on an Indochina route.
Where we operate in Cambodia
- Siem Reap: the gateway to the Angkor Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
- Phnom Penh: the capital, with the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda and the National Museum's Khmer art.
- Battambang: artistic charm and colonial-era streets.
- Kampot: riverside calm and pepper plantations, close to the coast at Kep.
- Koh Rong: island time to finish a programme.
Useful facts for your documents: Cambodia is on UTC+7, the currency is the Cambodian riel (KHR), and Khmer is the official language.
Sample itineraries
- Siem Reap Vistas: From Dawn Till Dusk (3D/2N): sunrise at Angkor Wat, the temples and local markets, with optional half days to Banteay Srei or rural villages. A natural add-on to a Thailand or Vietnam programme.
- Angkor Wonders & Koh Rong Paradise (9D/8N): a Mekong sunset cruise and a full city day in Phnom Penh, three days in the Angkor Archaeological Park (the Small Circuit, the Grand Circuit, then Banteay Srei and Beng Mealea), and the island of Koh Rong.
Building a Cambodia programme
- Angkor needs time. Our long itinerary spends three days in the park; even a short stay works best with a sunrise visit and an early start to beat the heat.
- Phnom Penh adds depth. The Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Choeung Ek Killing Fields are part of the country's recent history and call for a respectful, well-briefed guide.
- The coast extends the stay. Kampot, Kep and Koh Rong turn a temple visit into a full holiday.
- New gateways. The new Siem Reap-Angkor International Airport and Phnom Penh's Techo International Airport are changing flight connections; we plan routings around the current schedules.
Services in Cambodia
We deliver all four of our service lines in Cambodia: tailor-made travel, group series, educational travel and MICE and incentives.
When to go
Cambodia's dry season generally runs from about November to April, and the wetter months from about May to October bring green landscapes and fewer visitors. Khmer New Year falls in mid-April. See our seasonality guide for the region month by month.
